At Aijadu, a product of WebAnaya Solutions, we strive to ensure our customers have a seamless experience. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Digital Consumables (Credits)
Aijadu sells virtual "credits" which are immediately credited to your user account upon successful payment completion. Since these credits are digital assets that are instantly consumed to perform AI generations or remix operations:
- All sales of credit packages are final.
- Refunds are not provided for credits that have already been used, partially or fully, on our platform.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or physical goods.
2. Failed Transactions & Billing Discrepancies
If you have paid for a credit pack but the credits do not show up in your account balance:
- Please allow up to 10-15 minutes for payment updates to sync.
- If the credits are still not added, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
- If a payment was charged from your card/bank account but failed to create a valid order on our system, our payment partner (Razorpay/PayPal) will automatically trigger a refund back to your source account within 5-7 business days.
3. Exceptional Refunds
In very limited scenarios, we may offer refunds or credit adjustments at our sole discretion:
- If a technical failure on Aijadu prevents you from accessing the service for a prolonged period, and you have unused purchased credits.
- Requests for refunds in such cases must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy
Since we do not offer recurring subscriptions, there are no ongoing contracts or billing cycles to cancel. You only buy credit packs on a pay-as-you-go basis, and you can stop purchasing credit packs at any time with no penalties.
