By posting or publishing content on Aijadu, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content on the platform to other users.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To generate, upload, or transmit harmful, offensive, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
- To engage in any automated scraping, reverse engineering, or system attacks on Aijadu.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WebAnaya Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
