1. Physical Shipping
We do not sell any physical goods. No physical products will be shipped, and there are no shipping charges, delivery fees, or handling fees applicable.
2. Digital Delivery & Timeline
- Upon successful confirmation of payment, the purchased credits are delivered to your user account instantly.
- You will see your updated credit balance at the bottom of the sidebar and in the pricing/account dashboard immediately.
- You will also receive a payment confirmation email from our payment gateway (Razorpay/PayPal) containing details of your purchase.
3. Access Issues
If you do not see your credits after a successful payment transaction, please email us at [email protected] with your transaction ID and account details. We will resolve the delivery within 24 hours.
